Exchange Policy

1. For Faulty or Incorrect Products:
   • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must claim for exchange within 7 business days of receiving it.
   • In this case, we will take back the product without any additional delivery charge and provide you with a replacement.

   • If you want to exchange a product you received as per the invoice, you must claim it within 7 business days by filling out the form linked below.
   • For such exchanges, you will be required to pay the applicable shipping charge (2X).
